• Children must be accompanied by an adult.
• Tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be rescheduled. No refunds due to weather.
• Outdoor activities are weather-dependent.
• The Adventure Pass is available for purchase online ONLY.
• The price of the Ober Adventure Pass remains the same regardless of activity availability.
• The Ober Adventure Pass does NOT include Ziplining or Mountain Biking. All activities are not unlimited. Please check activity availability and inclusion before purchase.
• Signed waiver is required. Tickets cannot be printed or scanned unless all required waivers are signed. Please check your inbox after purchase for a waiver email—each adult must complete their own waiver, and the purchasing adult signs for themselves and any minors. We strongly recommend completing waivers prior to arrival to avoid long delays at check-in.
