• Children 4 and under are free with a paying adult. Ride restrictions apply. No physical ticket is needed
• Tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be rescheduled. No refunds due to weather.
• Outdoor activities are weather-dependent.
• The price of the Ober Adventure Pass remains the same regardless of activity availability.
• The Ober Adventure Pass does NOT include Archery, Ziplining or Mountain Biking Rentals. All activities are not unlimited. Please check activity availability and inclusion before purchase.
• Signed waivers are required for all participants. Tickets cannot be printed or scanned until all required waivers are completed. The purchasing adult may sign for themselves and minors during checkout; all other adults must sign using the waiver link sent by email after purchase. To avoid delays at check-in, we strongly recommend completing all waivers prior to arrival.
